the perfect gift for any new homeowner or ambitious do-it-yourselfer, these towels feature my drawing of diagram of a power drill. every do-it-yourself'ers favorite, it's the handiest of the tools and my personal favorite.
this original illustration of mine is drawing as an exploded axonometric. that's just a fancy way of saying it's drawn as if it's taken completely apart, piece by piece, and each part is drawn three dimensionally, but not in perspective. it's awesome because it's a view that can not ever actually happen in real life but makes for an amazing way to see how something goes together. each piece is labeled and the whole thing is rather fantastic.
the image is screen printed by hand onto a set of totally lovely, useful floursack tea towels, which are absorbent, durable, perfect for drying dishes or your hands. they also look quite nice in a bathroom!
