every project or aspect of my life that requires any sort of organization requires a moleskine - my neighborhood association notes, garden notes, ideas for more projects, balancing my checkbook, notes from meetings at work, the list goes on. they're just amazing little tools for keeping things straight, and fit easily into a bag or purse.
once you have a dozen or so moleskines going for various things, telling them apart becomes a bit of a challenge. i started printing my journals for fun so i could tell them apart, and they look awesome. the sewing machine diagram is a big hit with anyone who's crafty or aspires to be crafty. it's a great place to jot down notes for future projects.
